Terms and Conditions for IGCSE Tutors

Welcome to IGCSE Tutors (“IGCSE Tutors”, “we” or “our platform”). IGCSE Tutors is a brand of Tuitional Education, which is registered and licensed at the Sharjah Research and Technology Park (SRTP), UAE, and which provides the tutoring services offered on this website. By using igcsetutors.com or our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Use of Services

Our services are online, one-to-one IGCSE tutoring and the tools that support it, including enquiry and trial-lesson requests made through this website and class meeting links created through our integration with Google Meet. They are intended for educational purposes only. You agree to use our platform responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and ensuring the security of your account.
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or security breach.
  • If you are enquiring or booking on behalf of a student, you confirm that you are their parent or guardian, or have their parent’s or guardian’s permission.

3. Prohibited Activities

When using our services, you agree not to:

  • Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our platform’s functionality.
  • Misuse our services for unauthorised purposes, including but not limited to spamming, hacking, or distributing harmful content.
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with IGCSE Tutors are owned by Tuitional Education or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written consent. Cambridge, Pearson Edexcel and Oxford AQA are the exam boards whose IGCSE qualifications our tutors teach; their names belong to their respective owners, and IGCSE Tutors is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

5. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any inconvenience or loss resulting from such changes.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IGCSE Tutors and Tuitional Education are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Tutoring supports a student’s learning; we do not guarantee any particular grade or exam result.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in activities harmful to our platform or users.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United Arab Emirates.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through our platform or via email. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
